User License Agreement

This User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs access to and use of the DXB Properties Inc Project Management Platform (the “Platform”). By signing in or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to this Agreement on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, your employer or organization.

Subject to this Agreement, DXB Properties Inc grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for authorized internal business purposes related to DXB Properties Inc projects and operations.

Access is limited to users authorized by DXB Properties Inc. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify an administrator promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Share your login credentials with others
• Attempt to access data or features you are not authorized to use
• Interfere with the Platform’s security, availability, or integrity
• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes or in violation of company policy
• Copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the Platform except as permitted by law

Project files, documents, commercial data, and other content you upload or generate remain subject to DXB Properties Inc ownership and confidentiality policies. The Platform may integrate with third-party services (for example accounting or document storage) under company configuration; use of those services is also subject to their terms.

The Platform, including software, design, and branding, is owned by DXB Properties Inc or its licensors. No rights are granted except the limited license in this Agreement.

The Platform is provided “as is” for internal business use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DXB Properties Inc disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DXB Properties Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from use of the Platform.

DXB Properties Inc may suspend or terminate access at any time for security, policy, or operational reasons, including if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ends immediately.

We may update this Agreement from time to time. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
